Frisco mortgage lender receives national recognition

Colorado State Bank and Trust recently announced that Darlena Marmins of Frisco has been named its highest producing mortgage banker in Colorado for the sixth consecutive year. In addition, she has been recognized by BOK Financial (BOKF), the parent company of CSBT, as the top producing mortgage banker in the eight-state BOKF region for 2013.

“Colorado State Bank and Trust Mortgage is extremely happy for Darlena,” Christopher John, manager of mortgage operations in Littleton and surrounding areas, said in a written statement. “Her vast industry experience and product knowledge inspires client confidence, while her background as a certified public accountant enables her to quickly analyze financials and recommend the most suitable loan products. She’s truly deserving of this recognition and I know she appreciates the support of her customers and the Summit County realtor community.”
