A: We own an Italian deli with a coffee shop and full bar. We serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. Our Italian Market includes everything from dry goods to fresh foods, homemade pastries and frozen entrees. Other offerings include fresh meals for up to 100 people, cakes for every occasion and party trays.

A: Marshall Helgeson is from Green Bay, Ron and Kris Holland are both from Kansas City. We all moved to Summit County simply because we love the community and the people who visit and reside here.

A: We owned and operated Ristorante Al Lago for eight years, and have experience in all facets of what it takes to deliver a positive dining experience.

A: Our experience and selection of products is quite extensive. Although breakfast and lunch are served in a deli setting, dinner is served as a sit-down table service in a quiet and relaxing atmosphere.

A: Our hope is to reach locals and visitors alike. Our belief is that everyone should be able to afford a great meal in an enjoyable setting.

A: We had a new concept in mind and our new space brought that to life. In our deli we are able to offer more services and products at a lower cost to our customers. We love the Dillon area and all the city has to offer for year-round activities, not to mention the unbelievable beauty.

A: Our future plans include growing our business to be able to offer more products and services; as well as giving back to the wonderful community in which we live and work.
