BEAVER CREEK – The Resort Company LLC, an established mountain resort property management company operating in Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge and Steamboat Springs, has acquired Western Seasons Management which includes, The Borders Lodge in Beaver Creek, The Aspens in Beaver Creek, The Seasons Lodge in Arrowhead, and a collection of private homes in Beaver Creek and Arrowhead.

Ryan MacLachlan will continue to serve as the general manager for The Borders Lodge in Beaver Creek and Karla Kohnen at The Seasons Lodge at Arrowhead. Mike Lange, VP of The Resort Company and GM of The Charter at Beaver Creek, will oversee the operations for the new properties.
