Café Scientifique looks into genealogy


“Reading Human History in our Genes: From Family Genealogy to Ancient Migrations” is the topic of April’s Café Scientifique at the Summit. The meeting will be held at the Summit County Community and Senior Center on Tuesday, April 24 from 7-8:30 p.m.Andrew D. Robertson, Ph.D. and Chief Scientific Officer at the Keystone Symposia will speak on the topic including: What is a DNA sequence?; How are family relationships determined from DNA sequences?; and How are ancient human migration patterns deduced from DNA sequences?Snacks and beverages will be provided during the meeting.
