Chance of snow this week as winter weather lingers

There may be fewer chairlifts turning in Summit County this weekend, but Ullr’s presence lingers slightly as snowy precipitation is forecast through Sunday evening.

There’s a 50 to 60 percent chance that as much as a half-inch of snow could accumulate today. Winds could be 10 to 14 mph with gusts as high as 21 mph, according to the National Weather Service.

Temperatures are expected to reach 44 F today, falling to 21 F tonight.



There’s a 40 percent chance of rain or snow Monday, with a slight chance of rain or snow continuing through Wednesday.
