Child Find offers growth and development screening

Child Find screenings bring medical and educational professionals together to assess children’s levels of growth and development. Child Find is a community service that provides identification and resources for individuals with special needs, ages birth to 5 years. The Summit County Child Find will occur from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Monday at the Summit Educational Center (formerly the Silverthorne Elementary) at 465 Brian Avenue in Silverthorne. Screenings are available for children ages birth to 5 years. Child find will address questions and concerns regarding social-emotional development.
