Chris Garbe : Keep public land open

I would like to add a few points to the well spoken letter from Roman Kowalewicz. The Forest Service spent the last few years getting input from the public on a new forest management travel plan, but within months of implementing the plan the environmental groups have come up with a plan to undermine the whole thing. The irony of their plan is if this new land grab is not adopted the same people that want to close it to the young, old, disabled and most of the people in between will still be able to enjoy it, along with all the people that get to enjoy it now. So stop the hate and keep public land open to the public. Because Everyone should be allowed access to our public lands not just the self-serving environmental groups.
