CMC offers free college finance seminar

DAILY NEWS STAFF REPORT
Summit County, Colorado

Colorado Mountain College will offer a free online web seminar for students and parents to learn more about options for financing a college education during an economic downturn.

The 45-minute seminar can be viewed from the convenience of a home computer starting at 7 p.m. Monday. Participants in the live seminar will be able to ask questions through a simple chat window.

Registration for the seminar is available at http://www.ColoradoMountainCollege.com/StartHere. Those who register and attend the online seminar can enter to win a $600 CMC tuition scholarship. For questions, contact the CMC admissions office: 800-621-8559 or JoinUs@ColoradoMtn.edu.

In-district students who enroll at CMC can save 66 percent on the cost of the first two years of college compared to the average tuition at Colorado’s four-year, public colleges and universities.
