CMC summer classes begin Monday

SUMMIT COUNTY ” Colorado Mountain College summer class registration is ongoing, with some classes beginning Monday and many others starting the first week in June.

In addition to the traditional class offerings for those seeking a degree or certificate, CMC offers workshops designed for lifelong learners. These fun classes include American Tribal Belly Dance, Tai Chi and painting workshops.

For in-district students, tuition costs $43 per credit hour.

A bulletin listing classes was sent through the U.S. Postal Service recently, and a list of classes is available online at

Students who have taken classes at CMC within the past 10 months can also sign up by mail, phone, fax or online. To register online go to and follow the directions. A Visa or MasterCard is required to register online.
