Coldwell Banker affiliates partner to expand services

FRISCO — Coldwell Banker Distinctive Properties announced a new partnership with Coldwell Banker Heritage House Realtors in Durango.

Coldwell Banker Heritage House Realtors services clients in Durango, Mancos, Silverton and Vallecito and is considered Coldwell Banker’s number one affiliate in Colorado, according to a news release.

Coldwell Banker Distinctive Properties has 11 offices and nearly 300 agents across three states, according to the release. It has been ranked on the Inc. 5000 list five times.

The partnership allows the two Coldwell Banker affiliates to provide real estate services to clients across Colorado, Montana and Idaho, according to the news release.
