Colorado Mountain College hosts forum on aging


BRECKENRIDGE – Colorado Mountain College’s Center for Lifelong Learning is set to host a free forum “Aging Wisely, Aging Well” forum. It will run from 7-9 p.m. on Wednesday in the auditorium at the college’s new Breckenridge Center. It’s located at the intersection of Highway 9 and Coyne Valley Road.

According to a press release, the aging program targets community members who are 40 years old and up.

Forum topics to be covered include starting a business later in life, nutrition and health. Retired physician Dr. Don Parsons (who lives in Summit County) will moderate the event. The forum will also feature local experts in wellness, heart health, mental health, social services, small business development and senior services. Questions will be allowed after the presentation.
