Colorado SnowSports Expo Nov. 5-7

The annual Colorado SnowSports Expo is set for Nov. 5-7 at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver. The event traditionally kicks off the ski season for Colorado Front Range residents with deals on gear, lift tickets and more. It is open from noon to 10 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 5, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 6 and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 7. Cost is $10 for adults. Children under 12 years old are free. It is the largest ski and snowboard sale by Colorado Ski and Golf and more than 100 exhibitors, including major ski resorts. More than 30,000 people attended the show last year. Equipment vendors and retailers will be on hand to answer questions and discuss the latest innovations in gear.Entertainment includes events such as a Honda Mountain Stunt Zone with the Flying Ace All-Stars and the Ripstoke Mountain Bike Team; Alan Schoenberger, the world champion skier/entertainer; and a professionally choreographed fashion show.
