Cost is $20 for cars and $30 for SUVs. All proceeds will go toward the band’s trip to Hawaii.———Frisco chamber to hold St. Patrick’s Day OpenFRISCO – The Frisco Chamber of Commerce’s second annual Frisco St. Patrick’s Day Open will be from 2:30 to 6:30 p.m. today.Putting greens will be set up in nine of Frisco’s Main Street restaurants where participants can putt for trophies, gift certificates and door prizes.The first-place winner will receive a trophy and a $100 gift certificate to Tuscato Ristorante Italiano. The second-place winner receives a trophy and a $75 gift certificate to the Blue Spruce Inn. The third-place winner will take home a trophy and a $50 gift certificate to the Moose Jaw Bar and Grill.A $15 greens fee entitles players to a golf mug, golf ball, scorecard and a beer at each bar. The chamber also will provide jolly green hats and shamrock necklaces.Registration is limited to 144 participants. Game-day registration is between 2 and 4 p.m. at the Old Town Hall, 300 Main St.Participating restaurants and bars include Backcountry Brewery, Blue Spruce Inn, Moose Jaw Bar and Grill, Boatyard Pizzeria and Grill, Tuscato, Silverheels at the Ore House, Barkley’s Margaritagrille, Barkley’s West and Frisco’s Bar & Grill.Happy hour prices will be available at most of the participating restaurants. At 6:30 p.m., share Irish jokes and toasts at the huge 19th hole party at Barkley’s West.Hole sponsors are welcomed.
