Congrats to Miller, thanks to Cooper and did you have too much wine?

Congratulations to Gary Miller for successfully playing the development game. The nonsense about Miller’s wife asking him to buy Chihuahua so it wouldn’t be developed is as transparent as the current president’s intelligence quotient. I’m sure she’s very happy that he only had to threaten development to keep it pristine. Thanks to Robert Cooper, those of us who feel otherwise continue to have a baseline with which to measure things. Whatever W’s faithful uses as a “standard of reality” is beyond me, but what’s most alarming is that they’re right about one thing: It’s gonna be another four years. Finally, there was never any such Jagger/Richards composition as “Symphony for the Devil” as appears on Jim Morgan’s A-List of songs to be old farts by. Maybe Jim and his wife and friends were a little blissed-out on blush wine when compiling their selections, but the list is about as saccharin as any Barry Manilow offering. Every song listed was no doubt selected as a “senior class song” somewhere across the country. My favorite, Vivaldi’s “Four Seasons,” is not really a song, but thanks for including it.
