Conservation Easements course offered

Continental Divide Land Trust will be offering a continuing education course on “Understanding Conservation Easements” on Tuesday, Dec. 7 at Main Street Station in Breckenridge from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Real estate agents, attorneys and certified public accountants will be eligible for course credit.The cost of the course is $50, with a $5 discount for attendees who sign up before Monday.
