With close to two weeks left in the 2024-25 winter season, Copper Mountain Resort has announced its plans for the final days of the season before closing day on May 11.

After Sunday, April 27, the Peace Park and Central Park terrain parks will close for the season alongside the Woodward Express lift. Prior to its closing, Copper will host “Peace Out in Central Park” on Saturday, April 26, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Pro snowboarder Danny Davis will be on-site for the event with $3,000 in cash prizes being up for grabs. The event will also feature a community BBQ, music, giveaways and more.

For the final two weeks of the season, Copper will have three terrain park zones available including the American Eagle Hike Park, a park on Lower Bouncer and the Superpipe.

After Sunday, Green Acres and EZ Rider will also be closed for the season, meaning no beginner terrain will be open for the rest of the season. American Flyer, Timberline, Sierra, and the Rendezvous lifts will be open until May 4. American Eagle, Excelerator, Super Bee and Storm King will be open through closing day on May 11.

The Rocky Mountain Coaster is set to close on Sunday, April 27.
