Copper Mountain names Gary Rodgers as GM

COPPER MOUNTAIN – Copper Mountain announces that Gary Rodgers has been named general manager of Copper Mountain.

Rodgers brings 18 years of ski industry experience to the role, with six of those years having already been spent with Intrawest Colorado. Rodgers, who will also maintain his post as Senior Vice President of Operations for Intrawest Colorado, will work from Copper.

Rodgers joined Intrawest at Whistler Mountain in 1987.

Rodgers currently represents the Central Rockies region on the National Ski Areas Association (NSAA) board of directors and looks forward to increased involvement with Summit County organizations. Gary, his spouse, Susan, and sons, Ryan and Kyle, will continue to make Summit County their home.
