Copper Mountain ski patrol bombs Spaulding Bowl

SUMMIT COUNTY ” Copper Mountain ski patrol hosted the Summit Daily News to show off avalanche safety techniques last week, after a huge storm on the Front Range this week. The storm narrowly missed Summit County, but local resorts still received between 5 and 12 inches.

This means the patrol goes to work, bombing unsafe slide tracks and stomping on cornices in Spaulding Bowl to ensure of a safe opening.
