Crafts made of recycled material on sale Saturday

A one-of-a-kind event titled “Refined. Renatured. Recycled. An Arts & Crafts Fair” Saturday in Frisco organized by the Summit Recycling Project (SRP) will feature arts and crafts created primarily from reused or natural material. It takes place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Old Frisco Recreation Building at 110 Third St.A sampling of the crafts to be sold include cribbage boards made from old skis, bags made from upholstery samples, bird baths crafted from old dishware, wreaths made of dried flowers and many more.Children will have the opportunity to make their own ornaments from recycled paper.For information, call (970) 668-5703 or e-mail recycle@colorado.net.
