Breckenridge massage therapist arrested on suspicion of unlawful sexual contact

On Aug. 13, Breckenridge massage therapist James A. Dickerson was arrested by local police officers on a warrant for charges of unlawful sexual contact.

Dickerson was a massage therapist at Sol Impressions, a massage therapy studio located at 111 South Main St. in Breckenridge. It is alleged that on Aug. 9, Dickerson sexually fondled a massage therapy client, according to a news release from the 5th Judicial District Attorney’s Office

Breckenridge police and the district attorney’s office are asking anyone with information about the alleged crime to call Sgt. Susan Quesada at (970) 453-2941.

Dickerson was released Aug. 14, after posting $1,000 bond and will next appear in Summit County Court at 1:30 p.m. Oct. 1, for filing of formal charges.
