Culinary pros get sous chef certification


A group of culinary apprentices working at Keystone have recently earned the Certified Sous Chef designation from the American Culinary Federation, a national organization of professional chefs. To earn the CSC, a chef must meet specific requirements and pass both a practical and written exam. It is a great milestone in one’s career.

These apprentices work at Keystone Resort and are members of the ACF Colorado Chefs Association. The apprentices who have earned this designation are:

Jordan F. Dykes, Hillsboro, Texas

Allan J. Fazendin, Dillon

Joe D. Haramy, Dillon

Kevin M. McElroy, Indianapolis

Scott S. Mikrut, Dillon

Luke G. Moser, Dillon

Ross S. Pullen, Dillon
