Daughter of missing Air Force nurse sick
GOLDEN ” The daughter of a missing Air Force nurse fell ill and was under a doctor’s care Saturday, Jefferson County sheriff’s officials said.
Sixteen-month-old Savannah Marie Dotson was taken to a hospital Friday evening, sheriff’s officials said.
Her mother, 33-year-old Nonnie Dotson, was last seen leaving her brother’s home Nov. 19. She is a nurse stationed at Lackland Air Force Base in Texas and was due to return to duty Tuesday.
Investigators have traced her cell phone to an area near Ken Caryl Ranch where deputies and a K-9 unit have been looking for her, but so far nothing indicates that her disappearance was due to foul play or that it was intentional, sheriff’s officials said.
Nonnie Dotson was scheduled to be discharged from the military in March, sheriff’s officials have said.
