Deed-restricted unit owners must complete annual monitoring form

DILLON — The annual monitoring period for owners of deed restricted units in Summit County will be open through Nov. 8. Owners can fill out the monitoring form at SummitHousing.us/monitoring. Owners who respond by Oct. 21 will be entered into a drawing to win a free Interval International vacation week certificate donated by BGV Gives.

“Annual monitoring is an important part of managing our local deed restricted housing,” Summit County Housing Authority Executive Director Amy Priegel said in a press release. “Most units were acquired or developed using public funds, so it’s important that we continue to be good custodians of our taxpayers’ investments.”

Any owner who has not submitted their information by Nov. 8 will be considered a nonresponder.
