Dillon chapter of P.E.O. offering academic scholarship to a Summit County woman

The Dillon Chapter of Philanthropic Educational Organization, a sorority known as P.E.O., is offering an academic scholarship to a woman who is in her junior or senior year of college, pursuing a postgraduate degree or enrolled in her final year of a vocational/technical program. Applicants must be a graduate of any Summit County high school and/or a Summit County resident. Additionally, they must be a citizen or legal resident of the United States or Canada. Criteria for the scholarship includes a demonstration academic achievement, financial need, commitment to goals and community involvement. Applicants must also be available for an interview, which can be done remotely.
