Dillon’s water/sewer rate hike not approved yet

summit daily news

DILLON – Approval of Dillon’s water and sewer rate hikes was postponed until the town’s April 6 meeting at 6 p.m. A public comment period will be available that evening for interested residents. The meeting will be held at the Ptarmigan Best Western conference room, as its being held on election day and Dillon Town Hall will be a polling place.

Dillon’s town staff say they need to increase rates to maintain the water and sewer fund into the future. This includes funding for operation, maintenance and capital projects.
