Don’t choose policy before the people

Liz CornwallMoorpark

I am writing in response to the story about the in-home childcare provider (Barb Theis) in Breckenridge. I visit Breckenridge a couple of times a year and the city is important to me. I am very disappointed to hear that the city council is considering choosing policy over people. Shouldn’t the children and parents of the town (who live in Breckenridge year-round and not just during ski season) have access to quality in-home child care?
