Dr. Olin Edison Wyatt

Dr. Olin Edison Wyatt, loving father of Mark (Dillon) and Matt (Silverthorne) Wyatt and Marianne Hagemeier (Wyatt) (of Steamboat Springs), passed away in his sleep Saturday morning December 4, 2010 in Vincennes, Indiana. Dr. Wyatt had celebrated his 90th birthday one week before. He was a member of the U.S. Army Air Corp during WWII. Dr. Wyatt practiced General Dentistry and orthodontics from 1953 until his retirement in 1988. Dr. Wyatt held various degrees from the University of Oklahoma and was a lifelong Sooner fan. He was President of the Fullerton, CA Kiwanis Club and a life member of the American Dental Association. Dr. Wyatt married the former Nona Jane Markland in 1950. He became a wonderful wood worker in retirement and had a passion for learning and knowledge and he was reading until the day he died. He passed that love of study and reading along to all three of his children. He is survived by their three children, Mark, Matt, and Marianne, their spouses and two grandchildren. He was a great father, and husband and will be great missed by his family.
