Drums help mark National Library Week in Summit County

FRISCO – The Summit County Libraries invites you to celebrate National Library Week with us this year. Come dance to the beat of your own drum, as the Libraries team up with Peak Rhythms, to provide a fun and dynamic interactive drumming experience. This event is open to all ages.

There will be three opportunities to make some music and find your own rhythm this week. Children must be accompanied by their parents or caregivers. Please join us for one or more drumming sessions.

• South Branch Library, Breck – Tues., 11 a.m.

• North Branch Library, S’thorne – Wed., 10:30 a.m.

• Main Library, Frisco – Wed., 1 p.m.

For more information on other upcoming events or programs, or to learn how about volunteer opportunities, please call Joyce Dierauer, at (970) 668-5555 or contact her by e-mail at joyced@co.summit.co.us; visit our new website at http://www.summitcountylibraries.org; add our Facebook page to your favorites; follow us on Twitter at @SummitLibraries; or simply come by and check with us at any of our three locations, in Frisco, Breck and Silverthorne.
