Jenna deJong/Summit Daily News
Easter is just around the corner, and there’s plenty of egg hunts to participate in across the county.
Here’s what’s happening April 20 in Summit County for Easter.
Frisco Main Street
There will be approximately 5,000 eggs hidden on Frisco Main Street throughout the Frisco Historic Park and the Frisco Town Hall areas on Easter. The event is open to children ages 0-8, and the Easter Bunny will visit with children beforehand for photos.
The hunt will be divided into three areas on Main Street between Madison and 2nd avenues. Children 3-years-old and younger will hunt in and around Frisco Town Hall. The egg search area for children ages 4-5 will be on the gazebo lawn at the Frisco Historic Park, and children ages 6-8 will forage for eggs on the upper lawn of the Historic Park.
The youngest group will start their search near Town Hall at the intersection of Main Street and 1st Avenue for a 12 p.m. start. Children ages 4-8 should line up in front of the Historic Park on Main Street at 12 p.m. This event is free to all children.
Frisco Main Street from Madison Avenue to 2nd Avenue will be closed to traffic from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. for this event. For more information, visit TownofFrisco.com/event/kid-events/easter-egg-hunt.
