English language learners say thanks

The students, parents and teachers of Upper Blue

The Upper Blue Elementary English Language Learners had such fun on Dillon Reservoir last week and are grateful to the following people who made it possible:

Jillian and Peter from Fresh Tracks Transportation for getting us to the Marina, Tom from Frisco Marina for water safety and boating information, Deputy Watson from Summit County Sheriff’s Department who explained the Sheriff’s boat and taught us about hypothermia and water safety. Mike Russo of Lake Dillon Water Taxi who took us around the lake and taught us about its secrets. Most of us had never been on the water and we want to thank all of you for making this adventure so thrilling.
