It has been 33 years since I decided to make Summit County my home. Looking back, I made wonderful friends. The snows, esp. A-Basin, could not be better anywhere. Lake Dillon for a sailor is a challenge. It cannot compare to 10 acres with an A-frame of western N.Y. in Buffalo, N.Y., with its beauty of the colorful woods, where I started as a German immigrant.
I made the best decision to live here and would like to thank everybody – when it was possible to live here!
