Feb. 23 National Repertory Orchestra concert

On Feb. 23, the National Repertory Orchestra will present “Russian Romance and Smoldering Tangos” with NRO alum Robert Thies and oboist Keve Wilson. Thies is the first American pianist since Van Cliburn to win a prize at a Russian competition. Keve’s career has taken her from Broadway to Argentina, from L.A. sound stages to Estonia and Austria. The evening is being generously supported by Pat and Steve Larson. Tickets are $50 and will be held at a private home.
