On Friday, the Colorado State University Cooperative Extension is featuring information on high altitude cooking in the Extension booth at Dillon’s Farmer’s Market. Come sample chocolate chip cookies and brownies that have been adjusted to this altitude. For more information call the Extension office at (970) 668-3595.
