FIRC offering free cooking and nutrition course

The Family & Intercultural Resource Center is offering a free cooking and nutrition course, Operation Frontline, on Wednesdays, Sept. 8-Oct. 20, from 5-7 p.m. at the Summit County Community and Senior Center. Each course will be a cooking class for healthy affordable dinner options and includes groceries. The class is free will be taught in English for adults who have children aged 0-5 who are making around 185 percent of federal poverty level or below.
