FIRC/Chipolte fundraiser set for Tuesday

SUMMIT COUNTY – The Family and Intercultural Resource Center (FIRC) is hosting a fundraiser at Chipolte in Silverthorne on Tuesday. It’s goal is to raise $3,000 to support the organization’s emergency assistance and early childhood development programs. This helps locals struggling to pay for rent, food and clothing, or it will aid local children in getting “a better start to life.”

According to FIRC development director Anita Overmyer, Chipotle is donating 50 percent of its Tuesday sales between 4-8 p.m. to FIRC.
