Free acupuncture class set for Monday

The St. Anthony’s Summit Medical Center Wellness Series continues Monday with a free class on acupuncture and stress relief. The class, taught by Kathy Castrigno of Mountain Rose Acupuncture, will introduce an effective technique for quickly releasing tension and stress. In one hour, you’ll learn the basics for using this technique on your own.
