Frequent visitor is happy Wal-Mart now has competition from Target

As a frequent visitor to Breckenridge, I, for one, am glad that Wal-Mart will not be the only discount store in the neighborhood anymore.

Each of the few times I had gone (before I stopped going because of their attitude), there was the feeling that “we don’t care if the checkout lines wrap around the building since we are the only store here,” and “So what if you need help? It’s not my department.”

The store always seemed to be filthy, and employees seemed uninterested in performing the jobs they were hired for. I finally stopped going there and was more than happy to pay higher prices for items just to stay out of that store.

Thank you, thank you, thank you for Target. It’s worth driving the extra miles to get a quality store in the neighborhood. Welcome to Summit County. And Wal-Mart, maybe you might improve your customer service skills since you aren’t necessary anymore.
