Frisco Legends project gets financing

DAILY NEWS STAFF REPORT

FRISCO – Redevelopment of the former Sky Vue Motel property, at the corner of Second and Teller, is back on track, as Frisco Legends LLC announced a new $11 million financing deal with Alpine Bank in Breckenridge and a partnership with the Hall-McNeer Development Group. Legends owners Andy and Anna Toczek were disappointed when their earlier financing deal fell apart, but after revving up their search for an investment partnership, they expressed satisfaction with the latest deal. We’re excited about this project. It was also refreshing to deal with a local bank with such genuine concern about local citizens and the project,” said William McNeer, a partner at the Hall-McNeer Development Group. “With build-out fast approaching, we consider property in Summit County a bargain, especially the Frisco and Breckenridge markets,” McNeer said. The luxury development will consist of six free-standing luxury duplexes. Introduction of the first units is expected the last quarter of 2007.
