Frisco names parade winners

What a weekend and what great celebrations. With what is being called the largest 4th of July celebration in Frisco’s history, it’s time to announce the winners of the 2009 Frisco Parade and Kid’s Fishing Derby. All winners from the parade are welcome to pick up there trophies or prize money at Town Hall between July 7th-11th between 8-5pm. After the 11th, we will mail the awards to you.

Vehicle Category Winners (Trophy)

1st Place – GTO Judge

2nd Place – Norton Boslow – Thunderbird

1st Place – High Country Pooper Scoopers

2nd Place – Saddle Pals

Children’s Category Winners (Money)

1st Place – $100.00 – Cubs Scouts

2nd Place – $50.00 – Taco Bell’s Bike Parade

Non- Profit Category Winners (Money)

1st Place – $100.00 – High Country Queens

2nd Place – $50.00 – Belly Dancers

Other fun facts: 54 floats in Frisco’s Parade for 7 blocks through an estimated 25,000 person attendance.
