Frisco police interrupt possible car theft

FRISCO – A Utah man was arrested early Sunday morning after he was found allegedly trying to drive off in a car that was parked on Frisco’s Main Street.According to a report from the Frisco P.D., Dennis Parry, 38, was found attempting to put a 1996 Toyota 4Runner in reverse.Police were originally called to the area by someone who reported a man wandering around Fourth and Main streets looking into cars and trying to open doors.Parry told officers that he was looking for his car and that he didn’t have any intentions of driving away in the Toyota.He was charged with DUI and second degree motor vehicle theft. Parry was released from the Summit County Jail on Sunday after posting $2,000 bond.
