Frisco skatepark and ballfields opened May 3, 2007

The Town of Frisco is pleased to announce that the ballfields and skatepark at the Frisco Peninsula Recreation Area are now open. According to Keith Bilisoly, Buildings and Grounds Foreman, logging is occurring in the area of the disc golf course and mountain bike trails which are still closed until further notice. Watch for more information on the opening of the disc golf course and the trails at the Peninsula.The Town of Frisco thanks citizens in advance for respecting the rules at the Frisco Peninsula Recreation area. Dogs must be on a leash; pack out all trash; the peninsula hours are 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.For more information call Public Works at (970) 668-0836.
