Frisco’s Fall Fest to celebrate local art and restaurants
FRISCO — Frisco’s sixth annual Fall Fest will be held from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 7, and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 8, at the Frisco Historic Park on Main Street.
The Saturday event will feature 12 local restaurants that will share small plate samples of their popular dishes. There also will be live music by Timber! and Mollie O’Brien & Rich Moore as well as art and other children’s activities.
A small beer garden will benefit the Friends of the Dillon Ranger District and will feature Germany’s Ayinger, Hofbräu and Weihanstephan beers, and Coyote Gold will be serving “Microbrew of Margaritas.”
On Saturday and Sunday, a “Meet the Artist” show and sale will take place to benefit local and regional artists who will be displaying and selling their jewelry, pottery, paintings, photography, handmade furniture and more.
