The driver of a fuel tanker that rolled over a Loveland Pass embankment on Friday was in stable condition at St. Anthony Central Hospital in Denver on Saturday.
A previous report from the hospital that Bernell Begay, 28, had been released was incorrect, according to spokeswoman Cindy Rigot.
The estimated 500 gallons of fuel spilled near the Snake River from Highway 6 was cleaned up by 9 p.m. Friday, when the road was reopened to traffic, according to the Colorado Department of Transportation.
