Fundraiser for Mike Zibits Sunday
From 9 a.m.-noon Sunday, the Summit Stage will hold an all-you-can-eat breakfast fundraiser for Mike Zibits at the Elks Lodge in Silverthorne. Each adult ticket will be on sale at the door for $12.
Mike has been a driver for the Stage for about three years. Mike went on disability recently as a result of his bone marrow cancer advancing rapidly. He is now doing chemo. The money will help him with bills not covered by insurance and to build a bathroom in the lower level of his residence.
