Funds being collected for Ferber memorial

Friends of Jeff Ferber are raising funds for a memorial bench to be placed on the county’s recreation path.Ferber, a Frisco resident and Copper Mountain ski instructor, was an avid biker killed on Highway 9 north of Silverthorne May 21 when he was struck by a vehicle that veered onto the shoulder of the highway.Donations may be sent to Synagogue of the Summit, Jeff Ferber Fund, P. O. 4625 Frisco, CO 80443. A celebration of life service is also being planned for early July. Details about the service will be published at a later date.
