What a shame. 1st it’s Pier 1 Imports and now Borders. The media and bussinesses want us to buy local (Summit County). I love to buy local whether it’s a privatly owned store or national chain.

We don’t have any specialty places anymore. Many of little gift-

and card -stores are gone. How about all the tax revenue Summit is losing?

Too bad nothing can be done since there is not another store, having almost everything one would want, close to the area. And a huge loss for the community and many job losses.
