Healthy thank-you for fair

Thanks to local businesses throughout Summit County who pulled together at the last minute to support the 9News Health Fair, the community, and the volunteers who staffed the event. With very little advance notice, Butterhorn Bakery and the Smiling Moose Bakery donated piles of muffins, Daylight Donuts gave tasty donuts, and Starbucks in Frisco and Breckenridge donated coffee by the gallons for volunteers who arrived before 6 a.m. Subway in Frisco provided boatloads of sandwiches and chips for hungry helpers. MiZuppa of Breckenridge donated yummy soup and Hearthstone sent over brownies and cookies that were gone instantly! Domino’s offered a great deal for pizzas. City Markets in Breckenridge and Dillon helped to fund the purchase of sodas so that no one was hungry or thirsty through the long morning event. And, thanks to all the volunteers who got out of bed early to support the Summit County community!
