Heart goes out to John Daisy

Oh, my gosh. My heart went out to John Daisy of Fatty’s Pizzeria about the greenhouse.

But, can’t we argue the fact a building permit is for something permanent – and how long is permanent?

This is a six-week project. It’s down in six weeks.



Rules are made to be broken, and there are always exceptions to the rules. Now, I would think, if nothing can be done at this date, that someone come forward and offer some structure already built that he can use.

And you know something? Good always comes out of situations like this. Maybe people will come forward and offer one plant or a pot – like that line from the movie “Field of Dreams” – “build it and they will come.”



Flowers are what make Breckenridge’s spring and summer. You walk down the streets and it is like no other place.
