This letter is directed to the business owners of Summit County. I am not sure if you are aware but there is a fourth phone book coming to Summit County.Do we really need a fourth phone book? Two was plenty. Three is too many and now four. This is just one more expense we don’t need to incur. So, think about this when they come calling.
