Several nights of full closures on eastbound Interstate 70 between Silverthorne and Loveland Pass will begin tonight at midnight to allow the installation of electronic signs near the Eisenhower Tunnel.

The highway will be closed Wednesday and Thursday nights at midnight as well and will reopen at 5 a.m. the following mornings.

CDOT will be installing a sign bridge and electronic message signs across all lanes of the highway. The signs will be used to keep drivers informed on road and weather conditions as well as other information as they are heading eastbound out of the Eisenhower Tunnel.
